Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods or new releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are shipped after the official release date. Please note that shipping times for pre-order items may be longer depending on supplier and delivery times to us.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are available. If you would like items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and internationally.

Shipping Times
UK orders: 2–5 working days after dispatch  
International orders: 5–15 working days after dispatch (may vary depending on location)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders
Dream Idol UK is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If your order is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
